ITy last will and testament:
1.I direot that all ~y just debts and funeral expenses be paid
an disoharged as Boon as may be after my decease.
2.I give and devise to my Wife,Edith Hess,the house and lots
of ground situate at 80 Henderson Avenue,being tote os.69 and
70 in the Heas Plan of Lots,said Plan being recorded in the
Recorder's Offioe of ashington County,Pennsylvania in Plan Book
Vol 2,pages 38 and 39,to her,her heirs and assigns forever.
3.I give ~~d bequeath to my said Wife,Edith Hess,all my fur-
niture,boo~s,pictures,linens of every description,carpets,
~~gs and furnishings of every kind and description.
4.All the rest and residue of my estate I give in equal shares
to my wife,Edith Hess,and my daughter Gladys Louise Hess.
Lastly,I no inate,constitute and appoint rey wife,dith Hess,
to be the Executrix of this my J.ast will and testaJ7lent.
