If eifter of my children die leaving no issue,then his share shall be dis- tributed to the surviving child,or,if there is no surviving child,then said share shall be distributed to the issue of any deceased child,per capita. If I am not survived by any of my children or the issue of my children, then my estate shall be distributed according to the intestate laws of the Commc·nweal~h of Pennsylvania. ,.
