standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me heretoibre made.
ITEM I.I hereby direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,to my three (3)children,Lawrence H.Fosbaugh,Jr.,
Etta Myrtle Lee and Raymond C.Fosbaugh,share and share alike.
ITEM III.I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,Lawrence H.
Fosbaugh,Jr.as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
