We,MICHAEL R.FLTIJN and ISABELLE G.FLymJ,husband and wife,of 30
East Prospect Avenue,Washington,Washington Cou:r..ty,Pennsylvania,being of sound
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be our Last Will and Testament,thereby revoking and making null and void any
and all Wills,Testaments or 'Nritings,in the na ture thereof,by us at anytime
heretofore made.
FIRST:We direct that all our just debts and funeral expen.ses to be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after our decease.
SECOND:It is the will and desire of each of us,that,upon the death
of one of us,our entire estate and tile estate of the or~so dying shall pass to
the survivor,to be used as the survivor may see fit;but should both die simul-
Itaneously,or if the survivor of us shall die without making an individual Last
Will and Testament,then the estate and property of both of us shall be treated as
one and t.he same,and be distributed as hereinafter provided.
A.We give,bequeath and devise all of our Estate,of whatsoever nature
or wheresoever situate,to our children:Michael R.Flynn Jr_and Kathleen Ann
Reda,share and share alike.
THIRD:We name and appoint the survivor of us as Executor of this Last
Will and Testament.In the event of the death of both of us,we name and appoint
our children:Michael R.Flynn,Jr.,and Kathleen Ann Reda,as Executors.
