I,Adolph L.Davidovitz,of .do..ongahela,1.fashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIR T:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SEC TD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Fannie Davidovitz.Should my said beloved wife predecease me or
should we both die in a common accident or at the same time,then
in such event,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto our
I beloved children,Harry B.Davidovitz and Philip Davldovitz,shar
and share alike,and to be equally divided between them.
TEIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife,
Fannie Davidovitz,as the executrix of this my Last ',ill and
Testament.Should my said beloved wife predecease me or should
we both die in a common accident or at the same time,then in suc
event,I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,Harry B.
Davidovitz,as the executor of this my Last dill and Testament.
