County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and e ory
do ake,publish and declare this to be my Last '7ill and Testament
hereby revoking all Wills by .e heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOIID.I direct that all the real estate of which I
may die seized be sold by my Executor,hereinafter named,at such
time or times as he may deem to the best interest of my estate,
and I hereby authorize and empower him to make,execute and delive
good and sufficient deed or deeds for the sa e.
THIRD.From the proceeds of the sale of my said real
estate,together with the proceeds from any personal property whic
I may have at the time of my death,I direct that the following
legacies be paid:
(a)I give and bequeath $100.00 to Sar-mel G.Culley.
(b)I give and bequeath ~300.00 to Oscar L.Culley.
(c)I give and bequeath ~lOO.OO to the First Presby-
terian Jhurch of Burgettstown.
FOURTH.Atil the rest and residue of ~y estate,of what-
soever kind and ~heresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my two daughters,Julia Bell Freshwater and Mary Katheryne
latchett,share and share alike.
I.STLY,I do nominate,constitute and appoint Clyde
S.Pipes,of r shington,Pennsylvania,Executor of this my Last
