.I,MAGDALENE DROZNIK,Widow,of Bentleyville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and m~mory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
any all former Wills heretofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,whether
real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my dear daughter,
Justine Klebick,for her own sole and separate use,absolutely.
Third:I hereby name,constitute and appoint my dear daughter,
Justine Klebick,as the Executrix of this,my last Will and Testament.
Fourth:I hereby appoint Harry Lazier to be Attorney for my Estate,
as he is familiar with my affairs.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MAGDALENE DROZNIK,the Testat above named,
