being of sound mind,memory and understanding',do ma,ke and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revok~ng'and makinf!void all former W'ills by
me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied,as soon as can be conveniently done,after my
decease.
2.I do hereby give and bequeath seventy-five (75%)per cent.of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,unto my son,Leroy Homer,and
twenty-five (25%)per cent.unto my daughter,Susan Webber,their
heirs and assigns forever.
3.I do hereby authorize,empower and direct my executor herein-
after named to sell any real estate of which I ay die seized at
either public or Drivate sale and to make,execute and deliver good
and sufficient deed or deeds therefor to the Durchaser as fully as
I might do if living.
