LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA GUIDO,a widow,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all wills heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to
pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,
residue,and remainder of my property,real,personal,and mixed,
of whatsoever nature or kind,and wheresoever situate,of which
I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitle
at my decease,including my house and lot at 301 Elm Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania,unto my daughter,Mary G.Kennedy.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Mary G.Kennedy,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereunto set my hand and seal by
