LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
GLADYS S.FRYE
I,Gladys S.Frye,of Monongahela,Washington
County,pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:To my beloved grandchildren,Arthur David
Morrison,Barbara Sue Morrison,Jane Louise Morrison,Ruth Ann
Morrison,Betsy Frye Morrison,Lewis M.Frye III,Robert Owen
Frye and Patrick Reese Frye,I give,devise and bequeath the sum
of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars each to be paid to them as
follows:Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars to such of them as
they become the age of eighteen (18)to be used in furthering
their education,and the other Three Thousand ($3,000.00)Dollars
to such of them as they become the age of twenty-five (25).
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved son,
Lewis M.Frye,Jr.,absolutely and forever.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint Western
Pennsylvania National Bank as Guardian of such of my grandchildre
who are under the age of twenty-one (21)at the time of my
decease.

Lewis M.Frye,Jr.,as the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
