I,BLIZABETH J.H ~It~O~,of Nottingham Township,County
of ~ashington,and state of Pennsylvania,bein~of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be fully paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I will and devise the home farm on which I now
reside,containing a~)out 120 Acres,to my son,James Wilbert Ham-
ilton,subject to a charge of Twenty-five Hundred ('.jp2500.00)Dollar
in favor of my daughter,Zoe Hamilton,to be paid to her as here-
v inafter provided.I also give and bequeath to my son Jame3 Wilbert
Hamilton,all livestock,machinery and farming implements,except
the one-half of the sheep.I also bequeath to my said son the bed,
bedd ina and furniture in :[1 is room.
Third.I will and bequeath to my daughter,Zoe Hamilton,
the SUln of Twenty-five Hundred (~2500.00)Dollars,~eing the same
sum which I have charged on the home farm and to be paid to her by
my son,James Wilbert Hamilton,in annual installments of ~ive
Hundred ($500.00)Dollars each,the first installment to be paid
one year after my decease.I also will and bequeath to my said
daughter,Zoe Hamilton,the household goods,silver,dishes and
furnishings of every kind whatsoever,except what I have bequeathed
to my son,James Wilbert Hamilton.
Fourth.I will and devise 115 Acres off the eastern end
of the Gamb1e far](l to my son,Robert,whIch 115 Acres will include
the house in which he is now living and the building adjoining;
the division line between the said 115 ~cres and the balance of the
farm shall be a line runnin~north and soutl1.ThIs devise is made
SUbject to a charge on saia lIS Acres of One Tholsand
($1000.00)Dollars in favor of my dauQhter,Annie Patterson,to be
paid to her in two equal annual installments of Five Hundred
(-'500.)Dollars each,the first payment to be made in one year
,after my decease.I also give and bequeath to my son,Robert,
the one-half of the sheep I may own at my death.
Fifth.I will and devise the balance of the Gamble
farm containing about 100 Acres to my son,Alex~nder Hamilton.
Sixth.I am making no bequest to my son,Merl Hamilton'
children,as I have already advanced my son,Merl,his share of
my estate during my lifetime.
Seventh.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Annie
Patterson,the sum of One Thousand (~1000.00)Dollars,being the
sum charged on the 115 Acres devised to my son,Robert,to be paid
to her as set forth in pararrraph "Fourth".
