I,JEREMIAH BARCUS,of the Borough of Charleroi,County of
Washir:,gton,State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my last Will and Testament,in the manner and form
following,hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses
and expenses incident to the administration of my Estate be
paid as soon after my decease as may conveniently be done.
SECOND:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situated,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled to at
the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
CAROLINE BARCUS,to use,expend,sell alld convey,in her un-
limited discretion,such part thereof as she may deer:l advisable,
without being required to make any accoulning to my Estate there-
for,and without being required to give any security for taking
charge and possession of my resiQuary estate under this paragraph
of this my last Will and Testament.
And in the event that at the death of my said wife and
slJbject to the unrestricted bequest herein to her made,if there
is any of said residuary estate remaining,I give,devise and
bequeath the S[Lllie as follows;
One-third part thereof to my daughter,JARS.MARGARET B.JOHN
of the BorOUgh of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
her heirs·and ass igns forever;one-third part thereof to
MARGUERITE WHITLATCH GAUT,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns forever,she
being the daughter of my deceased daughter,the late Mrs.Letha
Whitlatch;Hnd one-third part thereof to my daughter,MRS.
FLORENCE SNYDER,wife of George E.Snyder,of Toronto,Ohio,her
heirs and assigns forever.
.THIRD:-I hereby authorize and empower my Executrix
hereinafter named to sell and dispose of all or any part
of real estate of which I die seized or possessed,at public
or private sale,at such times and on such terms and con-
ditions as my said Executrix or the successor of her shall
deem meet aln proper,and to execute,acknowledge and deliver
all proper writings,deeds of conveyance and transfers therefor.
FOURTH:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
MRS MARGARET B.JOHN,Executrix of this my last Will and Testa-
mente
And I further direct that my said Executrix shall not be
required to give ar~bond or security for the faithful perform-
ance of her duties.
