I,CELI~A GOSSEAUX,of the Borough of West Brownsville,
Washington County,Pen~sylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
merrory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my husband,JULES A.GOSSEAUX,to be his
solely and alone.
SECOND:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,
JULES A.GOSSEAUX,to act as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and I direct that he may have the power to convey any rea
estate of which I may die seised.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,Jules A.Gosseaux,should
predecease me,then I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my four (4)children,viz.:

share and share alike,subject to the restrictio~that my Executor
withhold sufficient monies to make a Fifty ($50.00)Dollar gift to
each of my grandchildren as they graduate from high school (I limit
this to the grandchildren living at my death.);and subject,further
to the condition that none of my Series E Savings Bonds be cashed
before maturity without regard to whether a distribution of these
bonds is made in kind.
FOURTH:In the event that my husband,Jules A.Gosseaux,shoul
predecease me,then I direct that the oldest living child shall act
as the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and that,as
such Executor,he shall have the power to convey any real estate of
which I may die seised.
