WILL
I,LUCY D.fOGENE DOMAN,an ummarried woman,of the Borough of West
Alexander,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon after ~decease as convenient.
2.I hereby authorize,empower and direct my Executors hereinafter named
to sell any and all of my real estate of which I may die seized either as a whol
or in parts as they think proper for the best interest of ~estate,said sale
or sales to be at either public or private sale and I authorize,empower and
direct them to execute and deliver a deed or deeds to the purchasers thereof
with the same force and effect as though I had executed and delivered said deeds
in my life time.
3.I give to my sister,Rachel Venetta Fry,one diamond ring;to my siste ,
Nellie Pearl Dougherty,one diamond ring;to my niece,Lucy Dougherty Irwin,one
diamond ring;to my niece,Lucy Fleming Price,one opal ring;to my niece,Edith
Louise Doman,my gold watch and chain;to my sister-in-law,Naomi Doman,my set
of flat table silver;to my niece,Priscilla Doman,my Victorola with the records·
to II\Y nieces,'Barbara and Brenda Currence,to each a toy house with the contents
thereof;to my brother,Elgie Doman,the brass bound barrel;to my niece,Dorothe
Simons,one pair of pillows and one quilt;to my sister-in-law,Jane Doman,one
pair of pillows and one quilt;to ~nephew·,Frank Fry,the sandal wood fan and
to Frank Fry and Dora Fry the s ilk I2.c:tchwork quilt;to my brother,stanley Doman,
my automobile robe;to my brother,Frank Doman,all ~carpenter and garden and
lawn tools and a quilt and pair of pillows;to my niece,Marie McGaughey,the
fall leaf table and some linen and bedding;to my niece,Mable Steele,my plat-
form rocker;to my niece,Decima Currence,the red,white and blue quilt;to my
sister,Nellie Dougherty,the nine patch quilt;to my niece,Judith Dougherty,
the "'S"ring white and green beads (her name is on the box in which the beads are

kept);to my niece,Maxine Doman,my pearl necklace and pearl bracelet;to my
sister-in-law,Jo Doman,the Brussels carpet in the bedroom also 2 sheets,one
pair of pillow slips,one quilt and some towels;to my brother,George Doman,
20 foot ladder;to my brother,Elgie Doman,the feather tick on the single bed;
to my brother-in-l1lW,Harvey Fry,my brass bed;to my nephew,David Dougherty,
my single bed and springs;to my nephew,William Dougherty,my bookcase together
with all my books;to ~iece,Brenda Currence,the dresser in the little bed-
room;to my brother,Stanley Doman,the dresser in the far bedroom;to my niece,
Marian Dougherty,the dresser in the middle bedroom;to my sister,Rachel Venetta
Fry,the delaplaine rocker;to my niece,Nellie VanCamp,my gas range;to my
niece,Ruth Price,my kitchen cabinet and wash stand in the far bedroom,my steel
bed,springs,mattress and bolster;to my brother,George Doman,my reed rocker;
to my niece,Decima Currence,the blue rug;to Nettie Fry,the green stair carpet
to my brother,Elgie,the dining room furniture.
4.All my household goods including linen,bedding,dishes,jewelry,
furniture,clothes,etc.,not specificallydevised in paragraph 3 above to be
divided among my sisters,sisters-in-law and nieces at the discretion of the
Executors hereinafter named and I direct that no personal property s hall be sold
but that any money necessary for the payment of my debts,etc.,shall be paid
out of the proceeds of the sale of my real estate.
5.The household.goods having been all disposed of above I give,devise
and bequeath the proceeds from my real estate,my insurance and the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate be equally divided between the brothers and sisters
living at this date and should any of them predecease me then the share that
they would have received had they been living at the time of my decease,I give
to their heirs.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sister,Rachel Venetta Fry,
d my brother,Elgie Doman,Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
