being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as Soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
~econd.I will and bequeath to my aaughter annie C.Harris,my
homestead situated at 500 Sixth Street and ueary Street,50foot
front on sixth street and 50 foot on Geary Street,making the
property 50 foot square,and 1 direct that Annie have all my
household goods and fixtures in my home.
~hird.I will and bequeath to my daughter ~arah Jane rlrice
twenty five foot front on Geary Street,running back in width
fifty feet joining the property of John VanVoorhis.
Fourth.I will and bequeath to my daughter Estella Dyson
twenty five front foot on Geary Street boundaryon Jane
Montgomel'y estate.
Fifth.I will and bequeath to my brother Frederick Catlin all
my interest in lots in the ~enkins Plan of lots situated in
Fifteenth Warg North Side Pittsburg,2 lots also situated in
~ast McKeesport.
§ixth.I will and bequeath to my three daughters ,.Annie c.
Harris,Sarah Jane Brice,and ~stella Dyson one third each o~
my one h~lf interest in house and lot situated in Hostraver
~wp.Pa.I also bequeath to my three daughters,Annie C.
Harris,~arah Jane Brice,and ~stella Dyson,my one half
interest of property in west Newton,Pa.
Seventh.I will and bequeath to Mary Elizabeth eatlin one
hundred dollars.{$lOO)
Eighth.I will and bequeath to ~atherine Pangburn Fifty

Ninth.I will and bequeath to ~eorge S.Catlin Fifty Dollars
