LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CARMEN GRECO,of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
other Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all
the stocks which I own,in my own name,to JANICE VALITUTTI and
MA'11Y LTIlN VALITUTTI,daughters of my niece,Carmel and Les lie
Valitutti,to be used for their education.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,HALLIE GRRCO,provided
that she survives me.In the event,however,that should my
wife predecease me or not be living thirty (30)days following
my decease,I then give,devise and bequeath all of the residue---of my estate,share and share alike,to the following:
MICHAEL GRECO,ANGBLO GRECO,MA~IANNA DiSALVIO,
GRACE RUSSO,and HAZEL IAMS.
In the event that anyone or more of the above named
predeceases me,then his,her and/or their share shall abate,
and such share or shares shall be distributed equally among the
survivors of the above named persons.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute,and
appoint LESLIE VALITUTTI,as the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS \~REOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 9th day of July,1965.
