I,CLARENCE FElL,of West Pike Run Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking in full any and all wills heretofore made by
me:
FIRST:I direct my personal representative,herein-
after named,to pay my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath $2000.00 to my grand-
nephew,ROBERT GOTTHELD.
THIRD:I give and bequeath $2000.00 to my grand-
nephew,WILLIAM FLOYD GOTTHELD.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath $500.00 to my wife's
sister,EDNA PFEIFER.
FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath one half (1/2)
of the residue of my estate to my wife's niece,MARGUERITE GOTTHELD.
SIXTH:I give,devise,and bequeath the other one
half (1/2)of the residue of my estate to my brothers and sisters
who are living at the time of my death,share and share alike.
I now have six sisters living:Frances Lucas,Marie Feil,Mildred
Sims,Mabel Eckert,Mary Inglings,and Anna Carter and one brother,
Braden Feil.If any of my sisters or my brother predecease me,
her or his share shall lapse and pass to my sisters or brother
living at the time of my death.
SEVENTH:I name my wife's niece,MARGUERITE GOTTHELD,
executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.In no event shall
she be required to give bond,whether or not she is a resident
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or becomes a non-resident of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

being first duly sworn,do hereby declare to the undersigned
authority that the Testator signed and executed the instrument as
his Last Will and that he had signed willingly and that he ex-
ecuted it as his free and voluntary act for the purposes therein
expressed,and that each of the witnesses,in the presence and
hearing of the Testator,signed the Will as Witness and that to the
best of his or her knowledge the Testator was at that time eighteen
