of UNION TOWNSHIP,
and State of PENNSYLVANIA,
County of WASHINGTON,
do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills or
testamentary writings heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
I give and bequeath to my son Frank Crookham all my
Carpenters tools.
All the rest,residue and remai.nder of my Personal Estate
not hereinbefore disposed o~and after paying all my just debts
and funeral expenses as aforesaid,I give and bequeath to my
daughter Etta Georg~absolutely.
I devise and bequeath to my daughter Etta George the use,
improvement and income from all my real estate for and during a
period of three years from the date of my decease,she to pay the
taxes assessed against the same.
At the expiration of three years from date of my decease,
then I devise all my said real estate as follows:To my son
Frank Crookham two-eighths (2/8),to my son Clyde Crookham two-
eighths (2/8),to my daughter Etta George two-eighths (2/8),to
my Grandson Robert A.Crookham one-eighth (1/8),and to my Grand-
daughter Helen Crookham Leech one-eighth (1/8),to them,their
heirs and assigns forever.
