LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,~~UDE J.GROMO,a widow,of the City of Washington,

:1 Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and

Testament,hereby revoking in full all wills heretofore made by
me.
FIRST:I direct that my Executors,hereinafter named,
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as con-
veniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Seven Thousand
and 00/100 ($7,000.00)Dollars to Maude H.Young of Washington,
Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
and 00/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars to Mildred Winkler,of Silver
Springs,Maryland.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
and 00/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars to Mary Parshall of Detroit,
Michigan.
FIFTH:I direct that all of the foregoing legacies
shall be paid in full,without any deductions for any inheritance
or other taxes of any kind.
SIXTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my property,real,personal,and mixed,
of whatsoever nature or kind,and wheresoever situate,of which
I shall die seized and possessed,or of which I shall be entitled
to dispose at my decease,to Harry H.Gromo and Mary G.
Hixenbaugh,in equal shares.
