being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath unto my beloved son,Anthony Fazzolare,
my china closet without dishes.
Third.I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Judy Carter,
my library table.
Fourth.I give and bequeath unto my beloved son,Robert Fazzolare,
my family Bible.
Fifth.The balance and remainder of my estate I give and bequeath
unto my following children:Rose Spina;Judy Carter;Laura Neuman;Rocco
Fazzolare;Anthony Fazzolare;Frank Fazzolare,Jr.;and Robert Fazzolare;
equally share and share alike;shares of deceased children to lapse.
sixth.I direct my Executomto convert all of my assets,not specif-
ically bequeathed,into cash and made part of my estate.
