LAST WILL AND TESTAlmNT
of
HUGE R.HANNA.
I,Hugh R.Hanna,of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understand-
ing,do hereby make,publish and declare my Last ',ill and Testament
in the manner and form following,hereby revoking and making void any
a.nd all.wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executrix,hereinafter named,pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently done
after my decease.
SECOND:I will and bequeath unto my son,William R.Hanna,the
sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars,in ca.sh;also my share in the
_,onongahela Driving Park Association;also all stock held by me in the
Bellwood and ~onon ahela City Natural Gas Company;unto him,my said
son,absolutely.
THIRD:I will and devise unto my son,William R.Hanna,all that
certain lot of ground,situate on the Westerly side of Fourth Street,
in the City of [onongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,fronting
Thirty-seven (37)feet on said Fourth Street,and runnig back there-
from,between property of the Leyda heirs and property of Alliequippi
Hanna,to an alley,and fronting Thirteen (13)feet on said alley,upon
which lot is erected a frame s~op,on Fourth Street and a brick garage
and ware rJom on the alley;unto him my said son,his heirs and assigns
forever.
FOURTH:I will and bequeath unto my grand children,to wit,
1Villiam L.Hanna and Dorothy Alliequippi Hanna,the sum of Two Hundred
and Fifty (2~0.00)Dollars each,and should my said grand children
not have reached their majority at the time of my decease,I do hereby
no~inate and appoint my son,7illiam R.Hanna,as their Guardian for
this fund,until they shall.arrive at the age of Twenty-one (21)years.

FIFTH:I will and bequeath unto my sister,Alliequippi Hanna,
the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,in cash,unto her my said
sister,absolutely.
SIXTH:I will and bequeath unto the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian
Cemetery,the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars,in cash,in trust,never-
theless,to be held by it,and invested,and the net proceeds thereof
used for the upkeep and improvement of the David Riddle lot and the .
grave of Lizzie V.Riddle.
SEVENTH:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my personal
property,I will and bequea.th unto my beloved wife,Viola E.Hanna,
absolutely.
EIGHTH:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my real
property,I will and devise unto my beloved wife,Viola E.Hanna,to
be held,used and enjoyed by her for and during her natural life time,
and at her death I will and devise the same unto my son,William R.
Hanna,his heirs and assigns,forever.
NINTH:I do hereby request that my wife,Viola E.Hanna,
immediately after my decease shall deed unto my son,William R.Hanna,
the house and lot in which my son,William R.Hanna now resides.
TENTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Viola E.Hanna,the Executrix,of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNES~TNHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
h~day of April,A.D.,1929.
