I,RHODA JANE GNAGEY,of South Strabane Tot-mship,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memol"Y and.understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and mak-
ing void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
FmST:I direct my Executor hereinafter name
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may
be conveniently done after my decease.
SECOND:I direct my Executor hereinafter name
to convert all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatso-
ever nature and wheresoever found,into cash,just as soon as
possible atter my death.
THIRD:I then give,devise and bequeath the
Vnetbalanceofmyestate as follows:
(a)One-third (1/3)part thereof to
I REV.CARRJEMOTEN of Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania;
(b)One-third (1/3)part thereof to
JAMES L.CAMPSEY of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania;
(c)One-third (1/3)part thereof to
my nephew CARL S.ROBESON of Williamsburg,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint
JAMES C.BANE,ESQ.,as the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
