LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I.LOUIS THOMAS FIEDLER,of the Borough of Roscoe,
washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will an~Testament,hereby revoking in full
any and all former Wills heretofore made by me.
FI RST :I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to
pa y my deb t sand funera I expen s e s .
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my three children,MARILYN LOU FIEDLER NICHOLSON,MARY JANE
FIEDLER EDWARDS and THOMAS LATTA FIEDLER;in equal shares,to
be theirs solely and absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
THOMAS LATTA FIEDLER,as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,but in the event he should predecease me,then I
nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,,MARILYN LOU
FIEDLER NICHOLSON,to be Executrix of this,my Last Will and
Te sta ment .Furtner I hereby authorize and empower my Executor
to sel~and dispose of all or any part of the residue of my
said estate,real,personal or mixed,at a pUblic or private sale
or sales,for such price or prices,and upon such terms and
conditions as to my Executor may seem best,and to grant and
convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,his,her
of their heirs and assigns,free from all liability for or on
account of the application of the purchase money.
