I,~DI YENNO of 601 Highland Avenue,Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory,
and understanding do hereby make,publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills,testaments
and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon
after decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,MARY
DI YENNO,all that I possess in the world be it real or personal
property,all the money on my account with the United States
Government Postal Savings,money in banks,stocks and bonds.
THIRD
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,my beloved
~on,GEORGE S.DI YENNO of 601 Highland Avenue,Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,the executor of this my last
IWill and Testament.
IN WITNESS ~~REOF,I,JOHN DI YENNO,the Testator
have to this my last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,
this 7th day of April,1947.
