LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
HAZEL VIRGINIA FRYE
I,HAZEL VIRGINIA FRYE,of Cecil Township,County of
Washington and State of pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my Daughter,FLORA
McCOMBS,the sum of $450.00 ,which is re-payment of a loan she
made for the remodeling of my home.
THIRD and LASTLY:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and
bequeath in equal share,to the following named persons:my
daughter FLORA McCOMBS;my daughter RUTH DICHAK;my son CHARLES
FRYE,my daughter DOROTHY BOLES;my daughter MARTHA CAHILL;
my daughter SHIRLEY GRIFFINi my daughter LEAH HAMILTON;and my
son-in-law JAMES HUTCHISON.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter,
FLORA McCOMBS,to be my Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,HAZEL VIRGINIA FRYE,the
Testatrix above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and
affixed my seal the 25th day of April,in the year of our Lord
One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-five (1975).
SIGNED,SEALED,PUBLISHED and DECLARED by the above
named HAZEL VIRGINIA FRYE,as and for her Last Will and Testament
in the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at
her request as witnesses thereunto,in the presence of said
Testatrix and of each other.
