I,Henry Berch~rt,of Chartiers Tewnship,Washington Ceunty,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,de
make and publish this,my last will and testament,hereby revcking
and making veid all wilTs by me at any time heretefcre made.
1st.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
first paid cut of my estate by my executer hereinafter named as
seen after my decease as he can conveniently do se.
2nd.te my beleved wife,Mary Berchert,I give,devise and bequea~
all the residue and remainder of rr.y estate,beth real and persenal,
and wherever fcund te have and te held and receive the inceme
therefrom during her lifetime,
3rd.At the death cf my said wife,tc my daughter,Clara Bcrchert,
in case she shall reside with and care f0r her mether during the
lifetime of her mether,I devise and bequeath my dwelling house
situate en the West side ef Pike Strerrt in Moninger,Chartiers
Tewnship,Washingten County,Pennsylvania,and in which I reside at
the time of the execution of this Will,also all my household go~ds
and furniture,She to erect and pay fer a suitable mcnument at my grave
41h.At the death of my said wife as afcresaid,I bequeath and
devise all the residue and remainder of my estate to my four children,
namely:Emma Borchert 8enerlade,Charles BorChert,Bertie Horchert
Neidermire,and Flora Borchert Pattersen,eaqually,share and share
alike,
5th.I direct that in case my said daughter,Clara BorChert,
sheuld fer any reascn fail te centinue tc live with and care fer her
mother during the life of her mether,that the dwelling hcuse
hereinbefore devised and bequeathed te her shall beccme a part ef
and dispesed ef as a part ef my residuary estate and in that cas~
~said daughter,Clara Borchert,shall share eaqually with my other
feur abeve named children in the distributicn ef my entire residuary
estate,inclUding said dwelring heuse.
6th.and lastly I constitute and appeint my said son,Charles
