I,MARGAREr JACK DAY,of the 'City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understaming,do hereby make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
TIE»1:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named have my
body cremated and my remains buried in the family lot of my father,John H.
Jack in the Washington Cemetery.I further direct that she have erected
at my grave a suitable marker.
TIEM 2:I direct that my Executrix pay all of my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
ITEM 3:All the rest,residue ani remaimer of my estate,both
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I will,
devise am bequeath unto my daughter,Peggy Anne 'Randall,of 337 Main Street,
Royersford,Pennsylvania.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Peggy
Anne Randall Executrix of this my Last Will ani Testament,and direct that
she may serve without posting any Bond with the 'Court.
IN WrrNESS WHEREOF,I,MARGARET JACK DAY,the Testatrix,have unto
this my Last Will am Testament,set my hand am seal this the 8th day of
