LAST 'HILL AND TESTAMIDTT
I,KATHERINE R.BILLS,of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,pennsylTania,being of sound and disposing mind and I
memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Lawt Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executors,hereinafter named,as
soon a8 convenient after mw decease.
SECOND.To my son,Alva Bills,I give a $50.00 Liberty
Bond.
THIRD.To the Trustees of the First Christian Church
of Washington,Pennsylvania,I give and bequeath the sum of
Twenty-fiTe Dollars ($25.00)to be used as they deem best.
FOURTH.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever the same may consist and where-
soeTer located,I give,devise and bequeath unto my six children,
namely:I.N.Sprowls,John W.Sprowls,Dessie Pearl McGuire,
Leafa M.Hopkins,James O.Syrowls and Alva Bills,share and share
alike,but I direct that the notes which I hold of I.N.Sprowls
and J.O.Sprowls shall be deducted from their respective shares.
As I have given my daughter,Leafa M.Hopkins,Fifty Dollars ($50)
for which I do not hold a note,I direct that that amount be de-
ducted from her share.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
I.N.Sprowls and Alva Bills,Executors of this my last Will and I
Testament.
