I,Frank R.Grell,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mi~ed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved sister Louis
Grell Harper,absolutely and forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved sister,
Louise Grell Harper,as the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
