and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory~do hereby make~
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament~in manner and form following~hereby I
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied~as soon
as conveniently may be~after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath unto my beloved sister Pauline
Cutunilli the proceeds of any and all insurance and benefits to which
my estate will be entitled from my membership in the Italia Unita Club
of Charleroi.
Third.I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named have my
barbershop appraised and that my beloved friend Eugene Saniga be given
an op~ortunity to purchase the same before it is sold to anyone else.
Fourth.I give,bequeath and devise the balance of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,to my friend Ann Rudge as a token of appre-
ciation of what she and her husband have done for me during my life-
time.
Fifth.I make no provision whatsoever in this Will for my other
relatives for the reason that I have provided for them sufficiently
during my lifet1me.
