LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -0 - ELIZABETH GULICK I,ELIZABETH GULICK,of Monongahela,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the natur thereof by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration as soon as may be conveniently done after my death. SECOND:I direct that all estate,inheritance,successio legacy,and other death duties or taxes of any nature which may b TEMPEST &SIMMONS 203 TRUST BUILDING MONONGAHELA,PA. assessed or imposed upon or with respect to property passing under this will shall be paid out of my residuary estate as part of the expenses of administration and with no right of reimbursement fro any of the legatees,devisees,or beneficiaries hereunder. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real and personal,of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever the same shall be situate,unto the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Monongahela,Pennsylvania,Office,IN TRUST,nevertheless,for the following uses,purposes and terms: (a)If any of my children are under the age of 21 years at the date of my death,the net income of the common trust shall be paid to or applied for the maintenance,education, or support of any or all of my children under the age of 21,at such times and in such proportions as my trustee shall determine in its absolute discretion.In the event the income shall be in- sufficient to'provide any of my children with adequate maintenance ~~"--.~-R-~;..:;..'_."_;t~_1-44//--:'~'-_(SEAL) this purpose and such invasions shall be according to the needs 'tEMPEST &SIMMONS lias TRUST BUILDING MONONGAHELA,PA. education or support,the trustee shall invade the principal for III1 of my children rather than according to any pro rate scheme of dis1 tribution. (b)As soon as my youngest child shall attain the age of 21 years,I instruct my trustee to convey the remaining entire principal and accumulated income to all of my children, share and share alike,per stirpes in fee;that is to say,in the event any of my children die without children prior to becoming entitled to a share of the principal or remaining income of said trust,the entire interest of such child shall be added to the Ishare of the surviving child or children,but if said child or children die with children surviving him,then said share shall be given to said child or children,share and share alike,per stirpes in fee. (c)In event all of my children die prior to becoming entitled to a share of the principal of the trust,then in such case the entire principal and accumulated income shall be distributed to the heirs of all my children who died prior to be- coming entitled to their share of the principal of the trust,and said trust shall thereupon terminate. FIFTH:I hereby direct that John Gulick,Jr.,shall be the testamentary guardian of the person of my daughter,Elizabeth Ann Gulick,as long as she is under the age of 21 years. SIXTH:I hereby direct that Elaine M.Schroder shall be the testamentary guardian of the person of my son,Leonard Josepn Gulick,as long as he is under the age of 21 years. SEVENTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint JOHN GULICK, JR.,and RALPH H.SCHRODER,to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. EIGHTH:I direct that no executors,trustee or guardian shall be required to give bond in the proper administration of this my estate,or in the performance of any of the provisions of this my Last Will and Testament.
