LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MAY FLINN,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making null and void any and all wills and testaments or writings in the
nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall
be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my nephew,Norbert Flinn,pro-
viding he be living at the time of my death,the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars,in gratitude for the many services he rendered for me
during my life time.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to Mrs.Aurora Martinez,of Donora,
Pa.,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate at
the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath,as follows:One-Third
thereof to the children of Gertrude McDonnell,who may be living at the time
of my death,share and share alike;One-Third thereof to the children of N.M.
Flinn,who may be living at the time of my death,share and share alike;and
One-Third thereof to my brother!s wife,Katherine Smythe Flinn,of New York.
FIFTH:I hereby constitute and appoint Roberta McDonnell Volker
and George O.Frazier,Attorney,as Executrix and Executor,of this my
Last Will and Testament.
