I,Levina Jane Burns,formerly Levina Jane ?owers,of the City
of Washington,County of Washington,State of Pen~~ylvania,being of
i j~sound mind,memory and understanding,hereby make and publish this
my last will and testament,hereby revokin~any and all wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid out of my estate.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate unto D~four·children,viz.,E~~aE.Evans,
Charles A.Powers,Ocie D.Richmond and Ingram I.Powers,to be equally
divided among them.In case any of my sa.id fo¥r children should die
before my death leaving issue them surviving,the share of such chil
shall go to his or her children or the descendants thereof liVing
at my death,per stirpes.
Third:In case of any contest of this will by anyone intereste
in my estate,such contestant shall forfeit any interest or share
in my estate.
Fourth:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my two sons,
Charles A.Powers and Ingram I.Powers,Executors of this my last will
and testa.ruent.
In witness whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
