First~I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex- penses be paid out of my Estate as soon as convenient by my Executo Recond.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Nellie Horn, my dining room suite,consisting of dining table,six chairs,buffe and china closet.I also give and bequeath to her my davenport table and phonograph.I also give to her one Three Dollar ($3.00) gold piece. Third.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Thelma Horne~ my piano,davenport,sewing machine and gold watch.I also give to her one Two and one-half Dollar ($2.50)gold piece. Fourth!~giye and bequeath to my son,Allen Horn,one Five Dollar ($5.00)gold piece and I direct my Executors to return to him,without payment,the note in the sum of $600.00 which I hold against him,unless I have in my lifetime cancelled and return ed said note. Fifth.•I give and bequeath to my daughter,Hazel Keegan, one Five Dollar ($5.00)gold piece and I further direct my Execu- tors to return to her,without payment,the note of $300.00 which I hold against her,unless I have in my lifetime cancelled and re- turned said note. Sixth.I.give and devise and bequeath to my husband,John A.Horn,one Five Dollar ($5.00)gold piece.I also give to him the one-third (1/3)undivided interest in the house and lot located on the South side of East Maiden Street adjoining lot of H.A. Conklin on the West and lot of Fred Marino on the East. • ••• Seventh.I give,devise and bequeath the two-thirds (2/3) undivided interest in my said house and lot on East Maiden Street to my four (4)children,Hazel Keegan,Allen Horn,Nellie Horn and Thelma Horn,their heirs and assigns,subject to the right of Nellie Horn and Thelma Horn to use and occupy,rent free,the said house and lot so long as they or either of them shall desire to keep said house and lot as a home for themselves or either of them. Eighth.I give and bequeath to Robert Emmett Keegan, John Terrence Keegan and Millard Hopper Keegan each,one of the gold coins of the denomination of Two and one-half Dollars,($2.50). Ninth!.I desire that each of my children shall take as their property such gift or gifts as they have made to me in my lifetime. Tenth.All the rest and residue of my estate I give and devise and bequeath to my said four children,share and share alike Eleventh.I desire and request that my body shall be buried in the Beallsville Cemetery.
