I,WILFRED CAMERON,of Washington,Washington County,Pennsy-
Ivania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and
declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking
all wills heretofore by me made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just d.ebtis ann fu..neral expenses
be paid by my executors hereinafter named as soon after my decease
as can be conveniently done.
ITEM II.I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Anna R.
Cameron,all household goods absolutely.
ITEM III.I give and bequeath to my wife Anna R.Cameron,
and to my daughter Marie Martha,in equal shares,my automobile
absolutely.
ITEM IV.For and during the lifetime or widowhood,of my wife
Anna R.Cameron,I give and bequeath my business or trade in which
I am now engaged as a maker or bottler of soft drinks and the stock
in trade,equipwent and paraphernalia,consisting of all angines,
trucks and machinery of every description used in the business of
making,bottling,selling and delivering of soft drinks,all
contracts,goods and effects belonging thereto,to my wife,Anna
R.Cameron and to my son Wilfred Peter Cameron in manner as folIo s:
(a)All bills and uppaid debts outstanding aginst the business,
inclUding repairs on the property,are to be first paid out of the
business income or profits,in other words,the income from the
business after payment of all bills chargeable against it,as above
stated,is to be equally divided between my said wife and son,my
Wife,however,to -have th.e us .or one half of the income therefrom
during her widowhood and at her death,or in the event of her
remarrying,my son Wilfred Peter Cameron is to have ~~whole bus-
iness and business paraphernalia absolutely.(b)In case my wife
and son,by mutual agreement,shall decide to sell the whole of,
or the undivided one-half interest of my said wife in,the said

business and convert the same into money,I direct that the pro-
ceeds from sale of the said interest of my wife sh 11 be invested
in good securities,yielding not less than six per cent per annum,
and the net income therefrom be paid to my wife during tier widow-
hood.The said proceeds upon the death of my wife,or upon her
remarrying,to go to my said son,Wilfred Peter,absolutely and it
is my direction that the said bequest of said business in no way
carries with it the real estate involved in the bottling business,
by which term of real estate I mean the ground and bare buildings
located upon said ground,exclusive of all machinery or equipment
of every character on the said business premises.(c)In the
event that my son Wilfred Peter Cameron does not survive his mother,
Anna R.Cameron,then I direct that the said bottling business,
fixtures and paraphernalia,used in or connected therewith,shall be
sold for the best price obtainable and the proceeds of sale there-
from Shall be invested in good securities yielding not less than
six per cent ann lly and the annual income therefrom shall be
divided in manner as follows:Three-fourths of said income shall
be paid to my said wife,Anna R.Cameron,as provided for in Item
IV,paragraph (b)of this will.The remaining one-fourth of said
income shall be paid over to the ~dow of my son,Wilfred Peter
Cameron during the minority of any child or children that my said
son may leave to survive him.I direct,that any such child or
children upon reaching the full age of twenty-one years Shall be
paid his or her fUll,proportionate and ~qual share in the trust
fund hereby created as it shall then exist.
Upon the death of my wife,Anna R.Cameron or in ,the event
of her remarrying,I direct the trust fund hereby created shall be
divided share and share alike between my legal heirs.The share
or interest of my daughter Helen Eliza to be held in trust in

manner and form and under the same conditions and contingencies
as are provided for in :ftem VII of this wi 11.
It is my wish and desire that my daughter,Marie Martha Cameron,
shall be retained in the position of bookkeeper in my said business
at a good,reasonable salary so long as it is her desire to remain
as such.
ITEM V.I direct that t he taxes and insurance premiums on the
real estate involved in the bottling business Shall be paid out of
the proceeds of the said business and that no rentals for said
real estate shall be paid so long as the business is carried on
by my said wife and son,but should the interest or Share of my
said wife in the business be sold to any other person,then I dir-
ect that a reasonable rental shall be paid out of the said bus-
iness for said real estate.This same provision is to apply after
my said wife's decease or in case she remarry.
ITEM VI.I give and bequeath unto my wife,Anna R.Cameron,
during her idowhood,all other personal property,she to have
the net income therefrom,and at her death or in case she remarries,
the said personal property is to be divided equally,share and
share alike,between my three children,namely;Wilfred Peter,
Mar~e Martha and Helen Eliza,or their legal heirs,to be theirs
absolutely.
ITEM VII.I give an d devise to my beloved wife,Anna R.
Cameron,the use,income and enjoyment,during her widowhood,of
all my real estate,subject to the provisions hereinbefore made,
and at her decease or should she remarry,I give and devise the
same as follows:(a)The property situate at 70 East eeling
street,Washington,Pennsylvania,consisting of a lot of ground
fronting thirty-one feet,four inches,more or less,on said East
Wheeling Street and extending back therefrom,two hundred and forty
feet to Strawberry Avenue,fronting on said Strawberry Avenue
thirty-three feet,upon which is erected a frame dwelling house

and frame and concrete bottling works,to my daughter Marie Martha
Cameron to be hers absolutely.(b)The property s~tuate at 72
East Wheeling street,washington,Pennsylvania,consisting of a
lot of gr ound fronting twenty-seven fee t on said East Wheel ing
street and extending back _herefrom,of uniform width,two hundred
and forty.feet to Strawberry Avenue,upon which is erected a frame
dwelling house and in rear,a brick dwelling house and a ·stucco
garage to my son Wilfred Peter Cameron of Washington,Pennsylvania,
executor hereto;to have and to hold the same In Trust,as follows:
1.In Trust,to collect and receive the rents,income and
profits therefrom,and to pay the same in quarterly installments,
less all proper costs and charges for insurance,taxes,repairs
and upkeep upon said properties,to my daughter Helen Eliza for
and during her natural lifetime,free and clear from all liability
for any debts,cont~acts or engagements of the said Helen Eliza,
or any other person,and not subject to anticipation.
2.In Trust,that in the event of the said Trustee and my
daughter,Helen Eliza,mutually agreeing that it be to the best
interests of my said daughter's estate to sell the said real estate
and convert the same into money,then I direct,authorize and em-
power the said Trustee to sell and convey the said rea~estate or
any part thereof,at either public or private sale ani to make,
execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,deeds
or other instruments of writing necessary to carry these provisions
into effect and to pay over to my said daughter Helen Eliza,suCh
portion of the proceeds of sale therefrom as he may deem necessary
for her benefit,or to purchase another home for my said daughter
Helen Eliz~,in which she is to have the life estate.
3.In Trust,the remaining portion of proceeds of sale,if
any,shall be invested,by the said Trustee,in good securities,

yielding no less than six per cent per annum and the net income
therefrom paid over to my said daughter,Helen Eliza,during her
lifetime.
4.I-diTe~t;upon the death of the said He1en Eliz~,leaving
to survive her a child or children or the issue of any deceased
child or children,the property remaining or the balance of the
trust fund,to go to such surviving child or children and the
issue of any deceased child or children in equal shares;suCh
issue taking by representation the share which the parent would
have received,if living,at the time of the death of the said
Helen Eliza.to be theirs absolutely.
5.I direct·in the event that my daughter Helen Eliza die
,without child or children living,or the issue of any deceased
child or children,the trust estate shall go to my two children,
Wilfred Peter and Marie Martha in equal shares,share and share
alike,or to their legal heirsl to be theirs absolutely.
ITEM VIII.Having made advancements,gifts and other pro-
visions at times for certain obligations to and for my son,John
William Cameron,I hereby release him from any and all indebtedness
upon the same that may be due my estate,meaning and intending
thereby that such advancements,gifts and other payments already
made to and far his benefit,shall constitute my gift,devise and
bequest to him and that he shall have no further share in the dis-
tribution of my estate.
ITEM IX.All the rest,residue and remallder of my estate,
I Will,devise and bequeath to my wife,Anna R.Cameron and my
three children,Wilfred Peter,Marie Martha,and Helen Eliz~,share
and share alike.
And lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Anna
R.Came~on,as executrix and my son,Wilfred Peter Cameron,executor
of this will,wdthout bond.

I,Wilfred Cameron,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby declare this present
writing to be a codicil to my last will and testament bearing
date of March 1st,1927.
First:I direct that my property situated at No.
72 East Wheeling Street of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,shall be put in a good state of repairs by
my Executors named in my last will and testament and that the
costs of said repairs shall be paid out of the proceeds of my
business.
Second:I direct that in the event my daughter,
Marie Martha,is unmarried and my business continues in operation
and my daughter,Marie Martha,remains as book-keeper after the
death of my wife,she is to receive in addition to her salary of
twenty (20)dollars a week,twenty percent (20%)of the net in-
come from said business.And I do hereby ratify and confirm my I
said will in every other respect.'I
