named in the Last Will and Testament of our mother,Oatherine
Hostnick,late of the Borough of Oharleroi,Washington Oounty,
Pennsylvania,deceased,do hereby renounce our right to administer
said estate and to serve as co-executors of said Will in favor of
our co-executor,Anthony Hostnick,and we do hereby respectfully

I,Oatherine Hostniok,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me hereto-
fore made:
ls1:.I direct that my just debts and tuner&1 expenses
be promptly paid.
2nd.I direct that after the paYment of funeral expens-
es and the oosts of administration,fifteen Hundred ($1500.00)I
Dollars of my personal property be immediately expended in repairs
to the dwelling house on Lot No.4,Section "A',on Lookout Avenu
in the Borough of Charleroi,hereinafter deVised to my son,Frank
Hostnick.
3rd.I give,devise,and bequeath Lot No.4,Section
"Aft,of the Plan of the Borough of Charleroi,and situate on Look-
out Avenue,to my son,Frank Hostniok,his heirs and assigns for-
ever.
4th.I give,deVise and bequeath the Western one-half
of Lot NO.4,Section "AW,of the Plan of the Borough of Charleroi,
altuate at the corner of Lookout Avenue and Sixth Street,includ-
ing the large dwelling house ereoted thereon,to my son,Anthony
Hostnick,and to his heirs and assigns;and I give,devise and be-
queath the Eastern one-half of said Lot No.a,situate at the
corner of Ohurch Alley and Sixth Street,inoluding the small dwell-
ing house ereoted thereon,to my son,Charle.Hostnick,and to hisl

6th.All of the balance of my money and estate not
disposed of by my W1l1,I direct to be divided into three equal
portions,one of said port10ns to eaoh of my three sons,Anthony,
Frank and Charles Hostn1ck,share and share alike.
7th.I hereby oonstitute and app01nt my three sons,
Anthony,Frank and Charles Hostnick,Executors of this Will.
