I,RAYMOND T.GIBSON,of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I give,devise,and bequeath all of my estate,whatsoever and
wheresoever,real,personal and mixed,to which I may be entitled,or which I
may have power to dispose of at my death,to my beloved wife,Bessie L.Gibson.
ITEM III.In the event my wife should predecease me,or in the event
we should die in a common disaster,then it is my will and desire that all of my
estate be devised to my three (3)children,Raymond,John,and Dorothy Mae,in
equal shares.Should any such child predecease me,then their share is to go to
their children.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Raymond T.Gibson,Jr.,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.If for any reason he is unable to
serve,I then appoint my daughter,Dorothy Mae Frola as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament,and direct that neither of the above named persons shall be re-
quired to past bond or other security in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this :2..-7J3.day of June,
A.D.,1959.
This instrument,consisting of one(1)typewritten page,(bearing the signature
of the above named Raymond T.Gibson),was by him on the date hereof signed,pub-
lished and declared by him to be his Last Will and Testament,in our presence,who
at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other,we believing him
to be of sound and disposing mind and memory,have ht~N /0 subscribed our names
