I~TERESA FRATINI,of the Village of Bulger,Smith
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind and memory,hereby revoking and making void any Will
or Wills by me at any time previously made,do hereby make this my
Last Will and Testament in manner and form follo'l/ling:
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay and
settle all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:In the event that my husband,GUIDO FRATINI,shal.
be alive at the time of the probate of this my Last Will and
Testament,I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and
personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease to my
said husband,GUIDO FRATINI,and in such event I do hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint the said GUIDO FRATINI as Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,GUIDO FRATINI,shall
not be alive at the time of the probate of this my Last Will and
Testament,or in the event that we shall perish in a common
disaster,I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and
personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease to my
six children,share and share alike,as follows:FERNANDO FRATINI;
VANnA QUEEN;MEMMO FRATINI;EVELYN CARDILLO;Al\NA MARIE FERNANDES;
and RAYMOND FRATINI,their heirs and assigns forever;if at the
time of my death any of my children are indebte1 to me in any
amount,the amount of said indebtedness shall be deducted from
the share of such child;under this condition I do hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint the said FERNANDO FRATINI of Bulger,
Pennsylvania as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,TERESA FRATINI,have hereunto set
my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,this it day
of July,1969.
