KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,VIRGINIA
GERARD of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,I
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
)
FIRST:I direct the payment Jut of my estate of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral as sJon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND :All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and whe~esoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved children,JESS H.GERARD,
VERNON L.GERARD and VIRGINIA MURT,in equal one-third (1/3)shares,
to have and to hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns
forever.Share and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint JESS
H.GERARD and VERNON L.GERARD,Co-Executors,of this,my Last Will
and Testament,and direct that they shall not be required to enter
security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this,my Last Will and Testament,this 17th day of October
in the year of our Lord,One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight
(1968).
