I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my wife,Iv'a Florence Davidson
to be my executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and in the event of
her death prior to mine,then I do hereby make,constitute and
appoint my daughter,Florence LaVerne Reed,to be my executrix
