LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LEWIS HENRY DEIDdAN,of 537 Beuna Vista Street,
Canton Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound an
disposing mind,memory and understanding~do hereby make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be don
after my decease,the fUneral expenses,however,not to exceed the
sum of One Thousand ($1.000.00)Dollars.
ITEM II.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
VIRGINIA MARGARET DENMAN,the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars.
ITEM III.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
BE'I'rY LOUISE HARTZELL,the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars.
ITEM IV.I give,devise and bequeath unto my half.brot r,
DAVID D.DEIDAAN,of R.D.#l,Sycamore,Pennsylvania,
four.door sedan.
ITEM V.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,whether real or personal,I give,devise and bequeath unto
DAVID D.DENMAN,of R.D.#l,Sycamore,Pennsylvania,and MRS.ROWENA
lAMS,of 262 East Beau Street,Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,share and share alike.
ITEM VI.I hereby appoint ROBERT E.HUMMELL,as Execut r
of this my Last Will and Testament,and I further direct that in
the event that the services of JAMES C.BANE,ESQ.are available
at the time of my decease,I direct that the Executor abovenamed
retain him to assist in the settlement of my estate.
