CODICIL TO LAST v'HLL AND TESTAMENT
I,CLEA C.FLACK,of the Borough of East Washington,Wash in ton
County,Pennsylvania,having made a Last Will and Testament dated
November 5,1974,do hereby make,publish and declare this Codicil
to my said Last will and Testament as follows:
After paragraph FIFTH of my aforesaid Last Will and Testame t
the following subparagraphs are to be inserted as follows:
FIFTH (a)I hereby give and bequeath to ALVIN CARROLL,if
he is living at the time of my death,the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00)
(b)I hereby give and bequeath to GERTRUDE CARROLL,
in consideration of her generosity in caring for the personal needs
of Alvin Carroll,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
(c)I hereby give and bequeath to HAZEL CARROLL,
the wife of Clinton Carroll,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 .
(d)I hereby give and bequeath the electric organ
which I now own to either the Washington Hospital Extended Care
Facility or the Washington County Home for Aged Men.This bequest
is to be made to that one of these two facilities in which Alvin
Carroll is living at the time of my death.

court,and for letters thereon,filed herein on the ~day

And it appearing to the court that legal notices of the
filing of said application have been issued and posted in the
manner and for the length of time required by law and no one
came to contest same;and it further
