FIRST.I appoint my beloved husband,John Demchak,Sr., as executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,In the event tha by reason of refusal to act,inability to act,death,lack of capacity,or any other reason,my aforesaid appointee as executor shall not assume or continue his duties as executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,I appoint Anna Scott and John Demchak,Jr my beloved children,to be co-executors or substituted co-executor in my said husband's place or stead.I direct that no bond shall be required of any of the persons named above as executor or substituted co-executor . SECOND.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my death. FIFTH.In the event that anyone or more of my children shall predecease me leaving issue of his body to survive me,I direct that the share that would have been received by the child so predeceasing me .shall be divided among the issue of his body per stirpes and not per capita.In the event that anyone or more of my said children shall predecease me not leaving issue of his body to survive me I direct that the share of my estate such child would have received had he survived me shall be distributed to the child who shall have survived me or if no child survived me to the issue of those children who shall have predeceased me per stirpes and not per capita. SIXTH.In the event that none of the beneficiaries named in Paragraphs tfThirdtf ,"Fourth",and "Fifth"shall survive me,I direct that all my property,real,personal and mixed, wheresoever located and whether acquired before or after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,shall pass and be distributed under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania as though I had died leaving no Will.
