I,FLORENT CHIFFE,of Cecil Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do make and declare the following to be my last will and testa ant,
FIRST I will and bequeath all my real estate to my sister,
Dannise C.DeBaker.
SECOND I will and bequeath one-half (1/2)of my personal
property to my sister,Dennise C.DeBaker,the remaining one-half
(1/2)of my personal estate I will and bequaath to my sister's
children,Jules DeBaker,Francis DeBaker,Albert DeBaker and
Blanche DeBaker,share and share alike,and in the case of the
death of anyone of these four children during their minority,I
will that their share be divided equally among the surviving
children.
THIRD I will and appoint Dennise C.DeBaker,guardian for
her ch ildren.
FOURTH I will and appoint Mr.Edward McDonald and Mr.James
W.Campbell,executors of'this my last uill.
