do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter naoed,pay all of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,personal or ,
mixec,of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled
at my decease to my beloved wife,RUTH 8ILLIS.
THIRD:If my beloved wife should predecease me and not be able to accept the
devise and bequest of Paragraph Second aforesaid,then and only in
that case,I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,per-
sonal or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may
be entitled at my decease to my beloved children,in equal shares,
share and share alike.The names of my children are as follows:
(a)LOIS GILLIS MONTGOMERY,daughter.
(b)LOUISE A.GILLIS McMEANS,daught=r.
(c)EDNA GILLIS THOMPSON,daughter.

she shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which she may act.
