and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Win and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:-In the event my wife Linnie M.DeVore survives me,I will
and direct that my Executor shall hold,manage,control,invest,reinve t
or convert my entire residuary estate--real,personal and mixed,and
wheresoever situate and that he shall pay the net income received there
from to my said Wife,Linnie M.DeVore during her life.Should the net
income from my residuary estate not be sufficient to maintain and
support my s id wife in comfort,including care by physicians and nurse,
in that event I direct my executor to pay to her or in her behalf so
much of the principal or corpus of my residuary estate as in his un-
limited discretion he may deem proper.In order that my residuary
estate may be more conveniently handled,controlled and invested during
the life of my wife,I hereby authorize,empower and direct my executor
in his unlimited discretion,to sell any or all of my real estate at
public or private sale on such terms and conditions as he may deem prop r
and I do further authorize and empower him to make a deed or deeds for
same With the same force and effect that I could do if living;said
powers and sale to be exercised by him Without an Order of Court first
had and obtained,to sell any or all of my personal property,to retai
or to change the form of any investment or to do any other matter or
thing which would be for the best interest of my wife and grandson.My I
said executor may invest in legal or non-legal securities as he may dee
roper.
Third:-At the death of my wife,Linnie M.DeVore,I give,devise an
equeath my entire remaining residuary estate,together with any acuumu
lated income thereon,to my Grandson,Charles Hiram Ganiear,absolutely
nd in fee simple.
