I,KATHARINE V.GRAY,of the City of Washington r
Washington County,Pennsylvania,teing of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make and publish this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I dirEct that my body be interred at
the Washington Cemetery in the lot beside my first husband,
Melvin Scott,and that the funeral be conductec by Robert Hummell
ITEM 2:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter
named shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as convenient after my deceasE.
ITEM 3:I give and bequeath to my Executrix all
my household furniture,furn~shings,jewelry and other personal
items to distribute among my children and grandchildren as I
have instructed her.
ITEM 4:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever kind and wherever situate,I give,devise
and bequeath in equal shares unto my five (5)children,namely:
Herbert M.Scott,Katherine S.Kerns,Hazel M.Clare,Mabel E.
Peel and Iva Jean Phillips.In the event any of my said children
should die before me,then I direct that tie share of such
deceased child shall be distributed to the children of the
deceased child.
LASTLY:I name,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Mabel E.Peel,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
