I,Harry A.Cox,of Donora,Vashington County,pennsylvania,being
of sound mind,memory and understanding do make,publish and declare this as
~last ill and testa~ent,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
all ills and codicils heretofore made by me.
I direct that all ~just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after ~decease as may be fo~~d convenient.
I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Della D.Cox,as her absolute
property all of my personal effects,such as jewelry,household furniture of
domestic and personal use Which I may possess at the time of my death.
In the event that T should m any automobiles at the time of my
death,I hereby direct my Executor to sell them for the benefit of ~~state.
I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Viola H.ox,the sum of
,2,000.00 and my son ~.Wesley Cox,the sum of 2,000.00 to be paid by my ffiXecutor
at the time of distribution of my ~state.
I direct that all bequests made in this my last will and testament
and in any codicil thereto,shall be paid,free from any inheritance,transfer,
succession,legacy or estate tax.,and that all such taxes be p'lid out of the
residue of my ~jstate.
I hereby authorize my Executor to sell any or all of the assets of
my.'state not otherwise bequea.thed,at its discretion,in whole or in part,
ithout notice to anyone,or the order of any court,or to deliver to my ~rustee
in kind if in the opinion of my Executor it is advisable so to do.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my ~state,I hereby devise
and bequeath to the Bank of Donora and ~rust '0 pany,vonora,Pa.,its successor
or successors in trust nevertheless,un er the terms and conditions of a certain
trust agreement dated ~./'fM 1930,or any subsequent trust agreement.
