un erstanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for my Last
Lll and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any
and all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof b
me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
be ful~y paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second:r give,devise and be~ueath unto my three l3}
daughters~namely:Helen H Hartland,ancy cCurdy Hartland and
=lizabeth Hartland,share and share alike,their heirs nd assigns
forever,all my property,real.personal and mixed,of what nature
or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my
decease.

be in their minority at the time of my decease,my will is,and I
do appoint my daughter~Helen H.Hartland,to have the guard.ianship
and tuition of my said child or children during their said minority.
