First.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to payout of my estate all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expense of administering my estate as soon as convenient after my decease. Second.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise and bequeath equally unto my children:THOMAS FRANCE,JOSEPH LEE FRANCE,JOHN FRANCE,JR.,WILLIAM FRANCE and KATHLEEN KIRR,share and share alike. Third.In the event any of my children should predecease me,then that share to which that child would have been entitled shall descend unto his children;but if,however,John France,Jr. predeceases me,then his share to which he would have been entitled under this Will shall descend equally unto his brothers and sister. Fourth.Any household furnishings and furniture purchased for my home by my son,John,shall be considered as his own and are not to be included as part of my estate.
